Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
As part of our COVID-19 response we will be suspending returns of all products.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@electtabeauty.com with pictures of the damaged or defective product. Exchanges may take up to 7-10 days to process.
Refunds
Refunds on defective or damaged items are granted in the form of store credit. If you would like to request a refund in the form of store credit, please email us at customercare@electtabeauty.com with pictures of the damaged or defective product. Refunds may take up to 7-14 days to process.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in the event of a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund as store credit, the cost of shipping will be exempt and the refund as store credit will be at the purchase price.
